also, menu is not 100% complete, hee hee... i do bake some more things, but i'll save'em for special dates. the 3 layer lemon drop cake was a 4 hour ordeal so not quite on the everyday menu but yes, i'm so willing to bake it again. as well as other less common things like ginger cupcakes... yum.
