sweet.
picture taken at work today. and yea, for the fun of it, i'd like to add that i work in a good ole regular bank. so i'm at the INNOVATION dept and by that, it means i have to start an education program and culture for people (employees) to think differently. and yes, i was hired as the artist that i am.

so i invited prize winning and amazing chef henrique fogaça (link to his restaurant, sal gastronomia. yes, the name of the restaurant is "salt") to come cook for us next week at this Innovation Week we're doing. he came for the training of all the chefs this afternoon, hence, picture above. to give you an idea, one of the restaurants serves something between 2000 and 3000 people every day. and that's one of 3 restaurants. whoa.
fun to have an eventful week. fun to ask the main pastry chef if i could drop in and hang out, pick up a few tricks with him. fun that he said yes. fun that i get to eat really well next week, after having tried henrique's menu today. wow... so good.
