one of the most beautiful story telling sites ever. days with my father is a tear jerker. amazing photographs, beyond poignant subject matter... a beautiful story told by phillip toledano, in my opinion, definitely fitting the "category" of the truest artists for me. his work is so sincere and honest in its words; so emotional in its feelings and rational in its photographs and compositions. the scrolling of the story also works well because you get the "plot" so to speak bit by bit, as in real life, where we can only live moment by moment. this just feels like a pure expression of a series of events in his father's life and toledano's relation with it. the best way i can put it is that it's just: simply beautiful. it's interesting that such personal matter is online in the world wide web but at the same time, i cannot thank the artist enough. this is awe triggering, wow.
