went to 2 concerts on the same day. talk about loving live music. there's just a vibe, i don't know. well, i loved both and they couldn't be more opposites. a classical romantic or religious choir singing 16th century english composers music at this beautiful classic building downtown and later on, this evening, a "body percussion" group of young captivating musicians where the performance was somehow so personal that u felt the stage was inappropriate, in a good way. (www.barbatuques.com.br) and yesterday, i found myself downtown as well with a very good friend at an art show at a place that i had never been before, but should have. (i haven't done all the tourist marks in my own city yet, but i'm working on it)advice that helped me a lot that i'm listening to right now?
- focus on the present. do not dwell on the past or guess about the future.
- focus on yourself because your perception changes if humanity is irritating or if you're just happy for no reason
- if angry, jog (it works!)
