i'm overthinking, i'll give you that much. some things in life are contradictory and i'm guessing they'll always be. nothing is black and white and i can't even picture the amounts of grey that exist in between. but i am sad to admit that my entire happiness, come to think of it, recent conclusion, does not all depend on me. day by day, i measure my own perception of things. facts happens, yes of course, and how you deal with them, what life you make for yourself, yes again, is something you can handle and be proactive about. but i'll use a cliche and, no man's an island. i guess admitting it is half the battle and the minute a person opens that door, boy does that door swing open. (at least in my recent experience it's been working) but i gotta understand/accept that no person is more than a grain of sand (or a speckle of charcoal, in the drawing world) and there is a job market, romance market, ... is there a family market? and you just gotta keep positivism in your brain and trust and faith on your legs (for those of you who have seen them, i will share that i really love my "new" tattoos). either way, sometimes, it's hard to "bite the towel" (as my mom says it) and just hope that things will work out, even when they do not depend on you. but as you already know from my napkin project, i'm a professional hoper. ;) i feel i'm in need of some luck right now, though, if anyone's sending. even professional hopers do get tired of hoping. beijos and good night for now... hoping for sweet dreams with answers in them.
