there is a certain beauty about things left unsaid, isn't there? maybe it's the romantic side of me talking - that side taking up more space than usual lately for no apparent reason... but, it's a bit of a dramatic film golden sunset light beauty, don't u think? (although these silences do bother me)
why are there things that we don't say? too risky? if i believe in the u have one life to live and people comment that it's better to have done than to not have tried at all, why does it take so much courage on our part to compliment someone, for example, when u know the magic is there? to declare your feelings, especially when they are good? shouldn't we only refrain if it's a bad thing? can even too much of a good thing become a bad thing? so why do we stop ourselves, even on the good things? (something tells me there's a vulnerability cloud in the air and we do get hurt sometimes, although not all the time. still, does it hurt that badly always that it makes it not worth saying things? i must say i doubt it, this is a tough one.)
...
or maybe i'm being wrong and pathetic. there's nothing left unsaid and this is only what it is. reality ends here and there's no too-risky floating unsaid moments. maybe i'm dreaming and searching for a deeper meaning when there aren't any. maybe my wishful thinking is too strong. can u trust your instincts 100%? does anyone else think about these issues ever? is it also the beauty of being human that makes us doubt these uncertainties that are not uncertain at all considering our instincts are more accurate than we believe?
