i will try to convey as best as i can my exact feeling right now but i feel it's one of those "u had to be there" moments. i have a few people that i feel are my "little sisters." they're a tad younger than me and they are at a somewhat different phase in life. i feel they look up to me as much as i look up to them. (not sure they know about the 2nd half ot the sentence) we just had an evening at my place, 1st time for most of them here, and it was such a genuine-full-substantial-laugh-and-silent-moments evening that i just wish that everyone who reads this post feels this feeling sometime in their life. i cannot explain accurately, hence the photograph, although i'm not sure it captures it quite right. these four friends are so rich and each of us, so differently unique personality wise that it is enriching no matter what topic of conversation. i felt completely free to be exactly who i am without any judgment whatsoever and it never crossed my mind whether or not i fit in or if the cake i baked tasted ok, etc. we were just so comfortable it was almost like all of us lived here. (they did joke that this was the "julie sorority" and we could all live here. they seem to want to and to say the least, will take turns sleeping over to take care of/spoil my cat when i'm traveling) my mind did not wander one second away from our group. i'm in love with this moment and wanted to share although i really do not know if i wrote about it "well enough" so that people can relate. i hope u can and i hope u get a fuzzy feeling when reading this because u've been there too. i'm so glad my sisters came over and i'm so happy and looking forward to another meeting soon. much much love and good night from a super full heart tonight. i'm so happy.
