and i like having learned a thing or two watching the best cupcakers in NYC. simple is best. loved spreading the frosting on the carrot cupcakes using simply a spatula.
oh yea, ps: cream cheese frosting using a kitchen aid mixer and OMG. i've never seen anything with a lighter texture. beautiful.
