#tip: if you use bananas that are already going dark on the outside, it tastes banan-er!
so being happy became a priority and after 2 months of learning about innovation, therefore taking risks and making friends with uncertainty, i took a big risk myself. i quit my regular job and yes, i'm gonna take another step in the baking business. i'm excited!!!
first, to name the shop and decide whether it's virtual with deliveries (which is what i've already been doing) or a cafe with the whole 9 yards. hm...
to name the shop, watch for open innovation on facebook. i'm going to launch sort of like a battle of concepts and ask people for suggestions. the best and the most voted on, both, get a batch of cupcakes as a prize. and i'll get a name for the shop. as the new museum in nyc says, "hell yes!".
