:: freshest cookies strategy ::

2 floors of chocolate chip cookies. this time, great idea: the cookie dough is in the fridge and as opposed to baking the full batch, i'm only baking as necessary. so in goes a tiny batch of 5 cookies. later on, when friends come over, a batch of 12 cookies. and so on...
it can stay up to 5 days in the fridge, i believe. so every time, i get super freshly baked cookies.
