i like looking up when driving home...
trying to have a very thoughtless sunday. there's actually barely any sound outside right now. it's considered a miracle in a city of 19,600,000 people. things are slow around here today. not even hunger's hit me yet. hee hee. 2 more weeks and i go on vacation. haven't been in a year and a half, if that's legal. off to, cliche intended, best friend's wedding. it'll be fun. and i'll venture on my own, as usual, before i get to the wedding.
paris, that i barely know, then bruges, which i picked for the french fry and chocolate museums i swear, then italy. sweet. it's always good to travel, isn't it? maybe that's why we always get butterflies in our stomachs just thinking about it. i do, at least.
ok, off to my quiet sunday.

ps: have you seen my flickr yet? i've been making notebooks and in love with bookbinding for 7 or 8 years and it's a bit of a showcase there. well, soon, i'll be proud to announce that i'll become a brand. according to a friend of a mine, i have a lot in me that i should take more seriously and invest in. so he's helping me make my books into my own little brand. i already do sell them, but it's only through mouth-to-mouth, heard-it-through-the-grapevine marketing. we all do that though, don't we? people see in us more than we see in ourselves. one day, i said something like "don't make concessions in things too close to your heart". maybe that's connected somehow...
