i know i've said this before, and quite recently actually, but i've just realized that i should just do things that give me pleasure. so a lot of baking recently (this one plain yellow cake with nutella on top) and a lot of bookbinding. i love making things by hand. it's just incredible to me: you pick up flour, baking powder and some other ingredients and out comes a cupcake! just as much: you pick up some paper, add some color and bam, there's a notebook you can carry and write things in. don't mean to sound corny and cheesy but life is very much so in the simplicity and in the details. just find what makes you smile and feel good and just do it. read this today: "the best way to predict the future is to create it."
