one morning worth of cooking class at le cordon bleu is definitely a good idea while in paris. the last photo here are my very own freshly made/baked macaroons! too bad they won't last so no one else will taste them but me, but they're very tasty, i assure you. not sure i'll be making them again though... what's with the recipes that require egg white beating by hand??? why?
