been very pensive lately, very quiet. gladly going back to manual art craft works recently, working on some more napkins (passed #60 on the hopes list - refer to post sometime in february 2009), still sewing, still book making, and now loving my makeup lessons. the most satisfactory "payment method" is bartering. i really like it. feels like such a fair exchange because it's literally back and forth. i'll do my best to teach you something i know and in exchange, i'd love to learn a skill you have that i don't. great, isn't it? so i'm bartering with a friend - makeup lessons for bookmaking lessons. fantastic. other than that, been having great experiences with friends and loved ones. cousin visiting (we haven't seen in each other in over 15 years!), weddings, risking opening a new door to let someone in... we'll see how things go. i am starting to notice though, that i have trouble believing in things. i love my tattoos (written "faith" and "trust") but the next one might have to be the word "believe." i think for now, embarrasingly so, i don't even believe when i do see it... (i'll get there, promise!)
