i'm starting to believe again, to trust life again. this trip to israel did me wonders. it's not like i can pinpoint one single trip/week to define all these changes but i was on the path to believing and this trip just reinforced my point: it's worth believing. what happened was: i wished for something and i got it; it came to me. i'm not advocating we all sit at home wishing for money to grow on trees, but i really feel like i finally snapped out of the gloomy grey post cancer negativity life's-not-worth-it i was in.
after that, and two therapy sessions, i'm almost sure again: if u know what u want, wish for it and u'll get it. we have to want it and mean it and be ready to receive it. the combo of these 3 things, yes, will get u what u need. wow. do we all believe in this? does the world have enough emotional resources, happiness, love, compassion..., for all of us in case we do all start wishing from the bottom of our hearts? we have to be clear on what we ask for. are you really ready to go into the next relationship? do u really want a new job position now, even if does come with more responsibilities? test it out. make a wish that comes from the bottom of your soul, that u really need right now, that rings like THE truth inside of u. my problem was that i never knew what to wish for. we'd get a wishbone and not knowing what i really wanted that exact moment, i'd "wish my friend gets what he/she is asking for." but this is what i want from now on: to know what to wish for and when to wish it for because now, i believe, i will get it.
